Grow Your Garden

The warm season is here, that means planting your seeded crops!

Summer provides us with seeds, both inside and outside of our crops. Fruits with seeds thrive with the heat, so now is the time to get them into the ground! Some great warm-weather crops to plant now are:

  • Cucumber

  • Squash

  • Peppers

  • Okra

  • Eggplant

  • Green Beans

  • Cantaloupe

  • Pumpkins

Tomatoes will shut down production when night time temperatures hit 90 degrees, but continue to nurture them throughout the summer for a hearty fall production!!
