A Day of Health and Wellness is proud to announce our 3rd Annual Event! This year we are bigger and better than ever. Start the day with a Sunrise Yoga Session, then get that heart rate up in Pilates HIIT. Our popular Paint & Breath is back with the fabulous artist, Michelle. And of course the Baby Goats will be there from Goat Yoga of Las Vegas! End the event with a restorative Kundalini Class, Yin Yoga or both!

Our women-owned, small business vendors will be on site with all sorts of goodies to take home to remember your day.
