Wendy joined us back in 2018 as our expert Urban Farmer, and over the past seven years, she’s continued to grow—plants, people, and now, the entire company. Today, she’s not only leading our Foundation but guiding our entire team as General Manager with the same passion, care, and dedication that made her such a standout from the very beginning.

Wendy treats every client’s home and every single plant like her own, and leads with a heart full of kindness, a mind full of wisdom, and hands that never stop working.

We’re beyond lucky to learn from her, grow with her, and celebrate her incredible 7-year journey. Here’s to many more seasons of success together!
